 Craig F Eisenberg, President
From 1973 to 1976, Craig worked in the Kansas City office of Leo Eisenberg & Company, INC., within the property management and leasing division. He moved to Arizona in 1976. In 1978, he became Senior Vice President of Leo Eisenberg & Company, INC., and started the Phoenix office. He successfully managed the growth of this branch in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, property management, development, and acquisition.
In April 1992, negotiated the purchase of the Phoenix branch of Leo Eisenberg & Company, INC. He is currently the Designated Broker and President of Eisenberg Company, a full service real estate company, overseeing development, leasing, management, brokerage, and accounting.
Craig is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.

Leo Eisenberg, Founder
Leo Eisenberg was born in Kansas City, Missouri and began his love for the commercial real estate industry back in 1938. He took a job behind a desk of a Kansas City hotel, where he would frequently hear commercial real estate agents talk of large commissions, which quickly grew his attention. Soon after, the Kansas City entrepreneur founded a company bearing his name, Leo Eisenberg & Co., which grew into one of the largest strip center development and management firms in the country.
Owning and managing more than 200 properties nationwide out of five offices in Missouri, South Carolina and Arizona. Leo Eisenberg’s determination and rich imagination, paid off, earning the solid organization, placement among the top 10 in rankings of the nation’s top strip center developers. Today, Eisenberg Company continues as a major force in brokerage, leasing, management, development and acquisition. The reputation and relationships that have been established and maintained for over the last 50 years, have proven that Leo Eisenberg’s humble beginnings, have become what represents the Eisenberg Company of today.

Jason Eisenberg, Brokerage and Leasing
Jason R. Eisenberg joined the Eisenberg Company as a Broker/ Leasing Agent in 2004 and is a licensed real estate agent with the State of Arizona. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has been involved with site acquisition, development, leasing, pad sales, ground lease, and build to suit of shopping centers as well as tenant and landlord representation. Jason is a Phoenix native and graduated in 2004 from Tulane University with a B.S.M. in Legal Studies in Business.

Ryan Amato, Brokerage and Leasing
Ryan Amato joined the Eisenberg Company as an Independent Contractor in 1999 and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona. He is a member of The Commercial Real Estate Institute, designated CCLS, is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has been involved in the development, leasing, pre-leasing, pad sales, ground leases, build to suits and sales of shopping centers as well as landlord and tenant representation since 1999.
Ryan is a Phoenix native, graduated from The University of Arizona and is an active participant on the Executive Council of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix.

Scott Spier, Brokerage and Leasing
Scott Spier joined the Eisenberg Company as an Independent Contractor in 1986. During his 20+ years with the company, he has been involved in retail leasing, tenant representation, land and investment sales and shopping center development. Scott is currently licensed as a real estate broker in the states of Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. In 1993, Scott obtained his CCIM designation. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Business.

Melanie Richards, Property Management
| Melanie Richards joined the Property Management department of Eisenberg Company in 1998. In 2002, Melanie was promoted to Property Manager and currently manages retail property throughout Arizona and Colorado. Melanie is certified with the International Shopping Center Management (ICSC) CSM Designation, and is also an ICSC member.

Brent Penrod, Property Management
Brent Penrod joined the Eisenberg Company as a Property Manager back in
1987. Brent holds the position as Senior Commercial Property Manager and has a number of responsibilities, lease negotiations and compliance, financial reporting, and management techniques used to enhance the value of real estate assets.
His education includes, 1981 Graduate of Weber State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate Investment.

Polly Treadway, Executive Assistant to Craig Eisenberg, Leasing Assistant, Office Manager
Polly joined the Eisenberg Company in 2005, as Executive Assistant to Craig Eisenberg, President of Eisenberg Company. She also holds the position of our Leasing Assistant for our brokerage department, and Office Manager.

Donna Uffelman, Senior Accountant
Donna came to work for the Eisenberg Company after moving from Southern California to Arizona, back in 1992. She currently holds the position of Senior Accountant doing various accounting functions, such as, financials, bank reconciliations, year end reconciliations, and many other accounting responsibilities.
