Ryan W. Amato P.C. joined the Eisenberg Company as an Independent Contractor in 1999 and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona.
He is a member of CREI, designated CCLS and an active member of ICSC. He has been and continues to be involved in multi-state land acquisition, development, leasing, pre-leasing, pad sales, ground leases, build to suits and disposition of shopping centers as well as Landlord and Tenant representation since joining the company in 1999.
Ryan has negotiated multiple acquisitions and leases for national and regional retailers including QuikTrip, Circle K, My Sisters Closet, Arizona Humane Society, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (RMCF (NASDAQ)) and Gymboree.
Early on in his career, Ryan was critical in the co-development and pre-leasing of five Safeway anchored shopping centers for Regency Centers (REG (NYSE)), a leading retail REIT based in Jacksonville, Florida and has handled leasing for their entire Arizona portfolio since 2001.
Ryan is a Phoenix, AZ native and graduate of The University of Arizona with a degree in Regional Development. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and is active in philanthropy as a Past President of “Executive Council 70 (501c4)” and past President of “Executive Council Charities (501c3)” which support youth based organizations throughout Metropolitan Phoenix.
