From 1973 to 1976, Craig worked in the Kansas City office of Leo Eisenberg & Company, INC., within the property management and leasing division. He moved to Arizona in 1976. In 1978, he became Senior Vice President of Leo Eisenberg & Company, INC., and started the Phoenix office. He successfully managed the growth of this branch in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, property management, development, and acquisition.
In April 1992, Craig negotiated the purchase of the Phoenix branch of Leo Eisenberg & Company, INC. He is currently the Designated Broker and President of Eisenberg Company, a full service real estate company, overseeing development, leasing, management, brokerage, and accounting. Craig is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
Jason R. Eisenberg joined the Eisenberg Company as a Broker/ Leasing Agent in 2004 and is a licensed real estate agent with the State of Arizona. Jason received his CCIM designation in 2013. His focus is on ground up development as well as infill and value add acquisitions throughout the Western United States. His most recent projects include:
Jason is a Phoenix native and graduated in 2004 from Tulane University with a B.S.M. in Legal Studies in Business. Jason is a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds and ICSC.
Scott Spier, CCIM, joined Eisenberg Company in November, 1986 and is a licensed Broker in Arizona. In January, 1993, at the age of 28, Scott obtained his CCIM designation.
During his 34+ years with Eisenberg Company, Scott has been involved in retail leasing, tenant representation, land and investment sales and retail shopping center development. Scott has orchestrated multiple site acquisitions for national retailers including Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and CVS Drug Stores.
From 2000 to 2005, he co-directed the site acquisition, development and leasing of five Safeway anchored shopping centers in Phoenix and Tucson totaling in excess of 650,000 square feet for Regency Centers, a leading retail REIT based in Jacksonville, Florida. Scott currently has multiple tenant representation assignments and leasing/investment sales responsibilities for numerous retail projects in Metro Phoenix.
Scott was born and raised in Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Real Estate.
Ryan Amato joined Eisenberg Company in 1999 and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona.
Since joining the company, Ryan has been and continues to be involved in multi-state land acquisition, retail and hospitality development, leasing, pre-leasing, pad sales, ground leases, build to suit and disposition of retail shopping centers as well as Landlord and Tenant representation throughout Arizona and Colorado.
Ryan is an Arizona native and graduate of The University of Arizona with a degree in Regional Development and is a Past President of “Executive Council 70” Charities.
